How to make avocado baby food

  • You can just mash up some avocado or mix it with a little fruit such as banana, apple sauce and so on. But remember when you mix other food, you should know your baby isn’t allergic to it.
  • You can also add a little yogurt to achieve more creamy and smooth texture.
  • You might want to add it as a topping on the vegetables too – squash, broccoli and so on.
