Take fiber to lose weight

Taking fiber is one of the most popular methods to lose weight. It can help you to control your hunger and keep you not to eat more unhealthy food. People who eat fiber-rich foods each day may loose extra 9 pounds over four months. Here are a few to try:

  • Oatmeal (1 cup, cooked, instant or regular)
  • Popcorn (3 cups, air-popped or microwaved)
  • Edamame (1/2 cup, cooked)
  • Rasperries (1 cup, fresh or frozen)
  • Potatoes (1 medium with skin, baked or roasted)

Sometimes eating too much fiber will make your stomach a little bit hurt because your body needs time to adapt and increase the digestive enzymes to break down fiber.
